“I had to make a same day, last minute reservation when something came up. Enterprise contacted me to discuss the reservation, and I decided I wanted to pop in at the end of the day even though Mario, the assistance branch manager mentioned that they might not be able to get me a car. When I arrived, there were a few people waiting, some wanting cars, some dropping them off. Mario was great. He handled everyone very well, prioritizing and moving through various clients and their needs. Very pleasant and professional with everyone. I got the car I needed and when I got back to drop it off, we moved through the process quickly. I will definitely be returning if I need to rent a vehicle again. Also, the Hyundai Ioniq is a pretty amazing vehicle, so if one is available, snatch it up.”

“Booking on-line was easy. The price was competitive. Service at the YOW check-in was friendly and fast. We were offered a free upgrade! Information about nearby gas stations was included. We were very impressed. However, when we wanted to extend our reservation, we were told that in our particular case (a rental over 30 days), we could not do it on-line and would have to talk to someone at the Ottawa front desk. We called numerous times but no one answered the phone. We left several messages, none of which were returned. We subsequently had to rent a vehicle from another company rather than extend our current rental. It became a time-consuming, frustrating and disappointing experience. Addendum: The branch manager called us, extended our rental at the original rate, saving us several hundred dollars and a trip to the airport. Thank you National!!”

“Service was fast and friendly; received an upgrade, which was very nice. Car was clean and in good repair; drop off was very fast. My only complaint is, due to unexpected traffic, I hadn't time enough to top off the gas tank. As a result I was charged almost twice the amount for half a tank of gas as I had previouly paid for a full tank at the gas station. I understand there is a price to pay for convenience, but that much above station price is an outrage.”
