“Came here for a spa getaway with my sister for one night. Very elegant and well maintained establishment. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. The property was very quaint and relaxing. The spa was excellent, we had stress massages that were 90 minutes and worth every minute. My girl Vanessa was incredible. You could also access the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room in the spa area if you wished to do so which was a nice touch. The rooms were average, but clean, comfortable and spacious. The pillows were sent from the gates of heaven in all honestly, and personally justified the entire price of the room. Continental breakfast was included and very much exceeded every other free breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Staff went out of their way to grab some fresh hot food for us when they saw that we were sitting down in the breakfast area. Excellent customer service. Would definitely visit Elm Hurst again, probably in the warmer weather.”
