“Coming from the city, I guess I have high expectations when it comes to fitness facilities. However considering there is really only TRC and Anytime fitness in town this is the best gym you will find if you are looking for space and different options for weights, CrossFit workouts, and circuits. There are two washrooms one with a shower. A lot of the equipment is older but it does it’s purpose. Lots of dumbbells and free weights. Can be very busy at times. The convenience of 24/7 hours is very nice!”

“Always well-maintained but a little wet due to its proximity to the creek. There's no play Park here which is unfortunate but there are swings. Great place for dogs with lots of Green Space and a nice path through the woods and River Valley”
