Little Yoga Garden

The studio is bright and energizing with its decor and very inviting for all ages.

The classes themselves are uniquely deisgned for each age group and engage even the youngest of yogis. If you've never tried an authentic children yoga class this one will definately open your eyes to a while new fun view of yoga .

My younger two kids love the plauful spirited nature of the class and enjoy the freedom of movement and getting to be authentically themselves and in the moment..

My youngest in particular who suffers from mild anxiety has used and quoted teachings from Amy to help him express feelings and release the stress in a way a 7 year old can understand.

My oldest (12) enjoys a safe place to express herself and begin to work on her balance and flexibility. while the class is still play baised it is done so in a way that is appropriate for the age level and encourages openness and confidence from within
