“Somewhat disorganized for the size store it is. Ive tried to purchase items I needed, but because there was no price sticker, and no one knew how to find the price.....they couldn't sell it to me. How frustrating to have the only one in town in your hand, and be told...sorry can't sell it, we don't know the price..............and am too lazy to find out for you. Somethings you have to get at tsc....otherwise i'd shop elsewhere.”

“Patty, the lady at the front entrance cash provided excellent and quick service. I needed specialty bulbs for workshop lights and replacement T-bars for my drop ceiling. She immediately checked the system for inventory and options ... both requests were satisfied promptly making a quick stop truly quick and satisfying with products in hand. Inquiries about availability and pricing of drop-ceiling tiles were also provided. She was pleasant and pleased to be helpful. An excellent experience. Likewise, the same level of excellent service was provided a week ago by a new employee, Jodi. I applaud Moffatt & Powell for their new hires - they are beginning to convince me to return as a regular customer as I was in prior years.”

“My favorite TSC store I have been to. Better selection of actual tractor supplies than Kitchener or Cambridge stores and staff seem more helpful and knowledgeable. Even the rural living sections of the store seemed nicer and it was hard not to spend too much ????. I'll definitely have to come back to this location.”

“Not impressed. Had a car die in our parking lot a few doors down from this shop (400 meters). Granted it was 10 min before they closed but the guy wouldn't even bring some fluid down for them.
