Bear Creek Cottages

Service is top notch- stopped by 3-4 times daily to check in. Ice cabins were clean and well set up. We lucked out and ice fishing was full of action! Pike walleye and perch all day. Deff recommend. Great people!

Last weekend was the second time my boyfriend and I went to Bear Creek Cottages, this time we decided to make a weekend out of it and stay in the cabins. I cannot recommend Bear Creek enough, their team is so helpful and accommodating. The cabins were very comfortable and cozy, and had great views of the frozen lake. The two days of fishing was great, we were picked up outside our cottage and then dropped right to our hut on the lake. Both days they made sure to check in on us to make sure we were doing okay, and by the second day the walleye were biting! We had a great time, and will be back again soon!

Great outfitters nice accommodations owners are great people

This was a fall trip, seeing the changing leaves were beautiful. Looking forward to a summer experience at this place. Sandy beach with endless sandbars right in front of the cottage. We didn't realize you needed to supply your own bedding and the owner was very accommodating and provided bedding for us. We'll know next time!

Bear Creek Cottages has been a part of my life since I was a baby. Having stayed there through all four owners, Shawn and Terra have brought so much love and care back to the camp. Cottages are clean, well maintained, and well stocked with many essentials, like coffee makers, microwaves, etc.

The white sand beach is clean, and well maintained, as are all the grounds. Shawn and Terra have provided paddle boats and kayaks for the guests’ use. You cannot beat the scenery, and there is something for everyone. If you’re vacation is to relax for a week, then this is the ideal place for you; but if you’re looking for a bigger adventure, with fishing, boating, nature walk, Bear Creek is also your ideal spot.

I literally countdown the days from our last day to when we return the following year.
