Sunny Point Resort

Great place for a relaxing nature trip. The resort provided all the water activities (Kayak, Canoe, Row boat, Paddle board and BBQ). The deck was very nice to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms are comfortable with a kitchen. All the pots and pans, Dishes and utensils are there. The room could be a bit brighter. The owners are kind. The Minature Golf, Basketball ball and tennis area is not that great. It could use an upgrade. The recreational area was closed due to Covid. Its about 15-20min into Parry Sound.
I would recommend this place.

Great muskoka location, friendly staff. Well kept clean units. The water was warm and clean to swim. I've been going for years and always love it.

Will definitely book again!

A perfect family cottage vacation location. Clean, comfortable, owned by a lovely family. The 4 bedroom cottage has sufficient indoor and outdoor space for a family of 8 to spend time together, as well as multiple spaces to spread out for personal time. Both the private cottage dock and large shared dock are great spots to spend the day.

We stayed at the grand muskokan. This is an ideal location for a family vacation. The views are stunning and lake Otter is ideal for swimming and water activities. The house is large, clean, and has great amenities including 2 bbqs and a full location. The resort is also close to provincial parks like Killbear which is ideal for a day trip. The owners are delightful people who are very organized and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Gorgeous spot. Secluded. Too many Mosquitoes and not much space to play. But there are options like beach and volleyball and tennis and horse shoes. And basketball nets.
