Swift Canoe & Kayak - South River

Returned a Kevlar canoe here for some repairs.
The staff was extremely helpful over the phone initially and upon arrival, continued that helpfulness.
The repairs were done as requested and in the time that was estimated. There were no surprises!

So truly grateful for the service and support we’ve received from the Swift team. After my skeg broke on my Kiwassa during our last run of the summer, we were close enough to drop her at South River for a fix. We were told it would take up to 3 months and it was ready within 1. Picking her up we had a helluva weekend (with a blown tire on our trailer and having to use our son-in-law’s truck for the first time because of a blown transmission on our prime vehicle) and Kelly at the front desk was so kind, patient, and beyond helpful with how to transport it safely without our usual J-racks. We’re really grateful for the quality of the workmanship and the level of service from Swift.

Just completed a 5-day trip into backcountry Algonquin Park, and the amazing folks at Swift Canoe made it such a great experience! Brandon and Kelly were incredibly friendly and helpful; they got me set up with the Prospector 14 pack boat which was the perfect, stable platform for this relatively novice paddler.

I can strongly recommend Swift for great products and great customer service! I’ll be back!

quality products and service in South River. Swift makes some great boats. Have owned 5 different canoes and a kayak. In our family we currently have 2 canoes and a kayak. Enjoy the boats as much as the service.

10 starts if possible. Bill Swift is the definition of a good customer service Boss. His product is unbeatable, can't get anything better for the price. I own a carbon fusion 17 keewaydin. Get one and you'll overtake everyone on the lake. Algonquin parc is almost exclusively renting swift canoes. Try one and you'll be buying, be careful :)
