(February 20, 2019, 3:41 am)I was stunned by the exquisite atmosphere that settled around me like a warm, familiar blanket the moment I stepped foot into IEF. The staff were all graceful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I am a yoga newbie, and Melanie walked me through each step with patience and kindness. So happy I stumbled upon this little gem!
(August 23, 2018, 12:26 pm)This studio offers an experience far beyond your average yoga class. It truly lends itself to a mind, body and spiritual transformation. Melanie is an incredible teacher and goes out of her way to make every class memorable. I will never go anywhere else for yoga !
(August 1, 2018, 9:51 pm)I echo a lot of what the other reviews say. Great location, competitive pricing, excellent variety of classes, very skilled and experienced teachers. I personally love the AcroYoga class led by Sandra and I think it's quite a unique challenge from anything else I've ever done. Great community in here. Highly recommend trying out classes here.
(July 24, 2018, 12:16 pm)Love having this local yoga & fitness studio in my neighborhood. Melanie & all the instructors are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I had no experience when I first started attending classes and I never felt out of place. Melanie has created a community in her studio that is open and fun for everyone.
