(July 30, 2018, 11:13 pm)Orangetheory Fitness offers a great full body workout that is coached by motivational trainers, encouraged by loud music, and set in a dimly lit gym. It is one of the best hours of my day! I also enjoy reviewing my workout summery after each class on the OTbeat app.

The trainers are motivating, the staff is friendly and the music is bumping especially when they play Spanish songs. OT is exactly what I needed before my trip to Europe. I enjoy the cardio, the rowing and the free weights. I always leave every class sweating! The orange point system is cool too! Do it up! ????????????

(July 5, 2018, 3:40 pm)The workout is pretty good and very intense. Best for those that want to lose weight or work on their cardio. Not a replacement for weight lifting.
The price is too high, especially for supplementary users (I go to LA Fitness for weight lifting too and wouldn't give it up entirely). Also, their "1 month ahead" cancellation policy means that you'll always pay for another month from when you cancel. I cancelled early because I didn't know whether or not I would continue on and didn't want to have to pay an additional month if I decided that I didn't want to keep going at any point.
