“Super friendly and efficient customer service! I have been with Alterna just over 2 years. I am never disappointed. In fact, the tellers know me by name. A very family/homely environment in which I appreciate. The location is always clean, with limited wait time's if any. To top it off, you get complimentary hot beverages which is ALWAYS a treat.
