  My parents' house had some faucets that are leaking persistently. We were told by another plumber that we need a water pressure regulator for the high water pressure (80psi) and he would charge $600 for the job. We found Alex online based on the reviews on Sunday and Alex came over the next day. Not only he quoted us only $450 for the installation of water pressure regulator, but he was able to turn down the main water valve to resolve the water pressure problem without any charge. He told us that we'd better go back to the original plumber who installed the leaking faucets a few months ago than paying him to fix them. He acted very honestly and professional, keeping our best interests before his own compensation. We deeply appreciate it. Outstanding job!!!

  Exceptional service, very professional, fast and not to forget great price. I've turned to ATRE 3 times already to fix 3 separate water problems. My water problems stem from originally hiring handymen to do a plumbers job. It works at first but when it comes apart it does more damage. I should have hired a professional like ATRE in the first place. I've called around and checked prices...ATRE was always the best. Alex was very helpful in explaining what happen and how it's to be fixed. Whenever I've called him he shows up right away. Even with my crazy schedule he still came late in the evening for us. I highly recommend them. Personally I'm done with comparing and shopping, they’ve always come through as being the best and I would 100% recommend them

  Had a leak in my bathroom and didn’t know who to call. Found their number online and immediately they asked me details and to send picture of tap. Gave me possibilities of what might happen and cost. Came over and I was impressed at their knowledge, honesty and work. Showed us what was wrong and gave options. Didn’t try and overcharge and fixed our issue with tap fast! Highly recommend them because it’s hard to find honest and highly skilled people these days to do a good job

  One of the most honest and professional work I've encountered so far. Alex came to re-installed our water filter system for drinking and it's been a life saver. Thank you so much for coming at the last minute and you did an amazing job. Appreciate the great conversation too. ????

  It was a great experience working with ATRE Drain and Plumbing. Alex was very professional and full of knowledge. He did a great job working on some plumbing needs in our washroom and laundry room. He will be our master plumber moving forward. I would highly recommend ATRE drain and plumbing to any one.
