“I would like to start with a BIG Thank you to Geoff & JJ. I recently purchased a house which had "Luxart" fittings. There was a problem with my shower which would turn off in the midst of having a shower. The manufacturer sent me replacement cartridges four times as two different plumbers could not diagnose the problem. Fed up, I called the manufacturer who directed me to their distributor who in turn directed me to Geoff at Abbey Plumbing. I called Geoff at 11:05 AM, explained the problem, his plumber JJ was at my place by 12 noon sharp as promised. He knew exactly what the problem was and got it fixed within minutes, something experienced plumbers before them could not figure out even after spending hours replacing cartridge after cartridge when the problem was not in the cartridge but in the stop valve which had jammed thus preventing the flow of water. Thank you JJ & Geoff for your prompt and professional services. Highly recommend you guys to anyone needing efficient plumbing services especially with "LUXART" products.”

She helped me turn off the water until try were able to send a plumber. The plumber came and was able to fix the leak and get my water turned back on. The service was very good and the pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use them again if necessary.”

“My parents' house had some faucets that are leaking persistently. We were told by another plumber that we need a water pressure regulator for the high water pressure (80psi) and he would charge $600 for the job. We found Alex online based on the reviews on Sunday and Alex came over the next day. Not only he quoted us only $450 for the installation of water pressure regulator, but he was able to turn down the main water valve to resolve the water pressure problem without any charge. He told us that we'd better go back to the original plumber who installed the leaking faucets a few months ago than paying him to fix them. He acted very honestly and professional, keeping our best interests before his own compensation. We deeply appreciate it. Outstanding job!!!”
