(August 4, 2018, 6:50 pm)I was greeted by the staff and welcomed, but with gentle warmth - not a pushy approach, for which I was grateful. They invited me to look around and made suggestions as they learned what I was looking for. They pulled out several lamps, changed shades to my preference, and plugged them in so that I could see exactly how they'd look, and did so with grace and patience. They guided me to the sales that were offered, and clearly very quickly understood what I wanted and helped me to actualize it...and carried my lamps to my car for me! I will come back for all my lighting needs. Wonderful experience.
