  We recently purchased a mattress from Nine Clouds and found that it was a bit too hard - we returned to the store in hopes of purchasing a mattress topper and were more than surprised when we were told that we could select another mattress as a swap. My husband and I were so amazed; simply stated, this would never happen at a large department store. Bill and his team really do care about their customers and I can honestly say that when the time comes to purchase another mattress we will return to Nine Clouds (so far we have purchased one for each of our family members at Nine Clouds). The service from the moment you enter the store right up to delivery is unbeatable!!!!!

  We had a king size mattress from this store. Trust me; I tried two mattresses from big box stores and had to return them. I ended up having our mattress from this store and never looked back. Great service and pricing. The guys kept their promise to deliver the mattress on time.

  Amazing customer service. Never thought I'd say that about a place that sell beds. The sales representative who helped my wife and I was Amir. The dude was great and very informative about the different types of mattresses. We were looking for a king size and he basically walked us through what would be the perfect mattress for us. From which mattress would be the best to maneuver into the house, down to the very science of how it would benefit our health. The man knows his stuff. To be honest, I dont plan on going anywhere else to buy a bed. Service here was great.

  Came here to get a specialized bed, there were so many to choose from on the website when I was originally looking for one so I came in. Will was great to speak to and very helpful. There are recommendations for each condition or symptoms on the website which I was very pleased to see and all were helpful. I went in and ordered my bed. They delivered it and set it all up which I was very pleased about.
  
  If you are looking for a specialized bed at a great price - this is the only place you should be looking. Thanks to Bill and the team I now will get a great nights sleep forever!!

  I recently bought an adjustable bed. I choose a wrong size and I needed to exchange the bed. They did a great job and made no issue despite my error. They were very efficient and gave me a good deal. Great Service!
