We have just recently renovated our living room and are very satisfied with Ethan Allen's products and services. Our design consultant Krista Hind was exceptional throughout the entire process. She provided us with detail oriented recommendations in all aspects of the layout and aesthetic of the design. We are genuinely pleased with the final result of her work and would highly recommend Krista and Ethan Allen for anyone that wants service uniquely catered for their home

great customer service and expert advise. Designer did a good job come to your place do the measurement and then made the recommendation accordingly. Furniture is not cheap, but worth the price.

Worked with Pooja over the phone/email to purchase some additional beds and furniture items, she was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Even though we were not able to communicate face to face, she did a great job explaining the colours/design differences and was always quick to respond and very organized. We are still waiting to receive the items, but so far my experience has been nothing short of excellent.

Design excellence from start to finish! From the moment I met my designer Krista Hind (Mississauga Ethan Allen), I knew we would make beautiful rooms together! She asked all the right questions and used her incredible talent and creativity to capture the vision I had for our kitchen, great room and recreation room. It was a tricky project because she was incorporating new Ethan Allen items with my current decor and furnishings.
She did such an amazing job my husband and I were inspired to redecorate our master bedroom and my home office!
The challenge was that I had no idea what I wanted for either space. Krista was working with a clean slate literally and figuratively!
I am thrilled to report that her design concepts were fresh, inviting, and fit our lifestyle and decor preferences perfectly. She solved all the pet peeves I had about our current spaces and saved me from making bad choices I would have made if left to my own devices. I am so grateful for Krista’s time, patience, expertise, and enthusiasm.
Did I mention that all these design services cost me absolutely nothing? Even when Krista came to my home!
In fact, Krista saved me additional time and money by encouraging me to become an Ethan Allen member, by advising me of upcoming sales, and by catching a significant error in my kitchen design drawings I just happened to show her!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Nour and her team at Ethan Allen. One of the most important benefits of shopping at Ethan Allen is that you are working with professional designers. This makes all of the difference.
During my first visit I had no intention of selecting anything but I found a piece that I loved. Even then I really didn't know where to begin to put a room together.
Nour stepped right in. She is professional, efficient and so talented. She was quick to develop a sense of what I liked and was able to guide me through the design and selection process with ease.
Nour and I worked together. I provided measurements for my room which Nour later confirmed through a personal visit to my home. She created a couple of potential floorplans for my review. Once I selected the one I preferred we started fine tuning the furniture selections. I was able to select custom colours and finishes to make the pieces uniquely mine. Nour's understanding of my preferences along with her skills at interior design made the entire process easy and exciting.
Once all selections were made Nour put together a presentation where swatches and samples were all laid out together to give me a great overall view of what I was purchasing. She went through my order reviewing each item individually. This is another valuable part of the process with Ethan Allen.
The delivery was exceptional. I live in a condo. The deliverymen were professional, friendly, efficient and skilled.
There was something about one of the pieces I received that I didn't quite like - a minor flaw. Nour / Ethan Allen had an expert come out to review my concern and the item was replaced.
