  TRAINER ALEX CROCE IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS, SHE GAVE ME AMAZING RESULTS AND SHOWED ME THAT TRAINING CAN BE A TOTALLY PAIN FREE PROCESS! SHE IS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KEEPS YOU ACCOUNTABLE!!!!

  Location and equipment are very clean. I requested personal training to assist in loosing 5-10 pounds and gaining muscle . Spoke with Alex and she listened to what I was looking for , prepared a plan and explained why my current routine wasn’t working. Alex introduced me to her manager and trainer/dietician who also provided great advise . Would recommend Alex highly , super friendly, courteous, motivating and knowledgeable.

  Great gym, very clean and has staff that are very nice and helpfull. Great time to be here is early morning or late night. The machines are always in working order and the facility is neat and tidy.
