  I am always health conscious. I used to go to gym when I was young. With age I decided to move towards my flexibility instead of showing my body. I had two major issues- arthritis and diabetes. I am practicing yoga with Ray Yoga Studio only for 3 months and I am feeling awesome. Regular yoga classes helped me to get rid of medicines and physiotherapy. Great job Ray Yoga!!!!!

I joined Ray Yoga Studio in Mississauga to learn the original form of yoga practice and it has given immense satisfaction to not only my mind and body but also it has touched my soul and has reduced my many health-related problems.

  We are taking private classes with Ray for last 3 months. In one month regular practice, I realized the improvements in my body pain and energy level. Then I advised my hubby to start yoga with Ray and now all my family members are accompanying me. I have no words to thank you Ray. I must say everyone to try real yoga from him and you will feel the difference yourself. Thank you Ray.

  I started Ray's yoga class roughly 2 months ago; I started to feel like a new person, I have no more pain, much more energy, and better focus. Ray teaches a great variety of breathing techniques and authentic yoga poses. His positive attitude makes the class a joyful place and overall a wonderful environment. Ray's Yoga Studio is the best in all of Mississauga!

  Ray is an extremely knowledgeable teacher. Unlike other yoga studios I have tried, Ray takes the time to focus on basics. As a student of martial arts, I learned very quickly that the basics (stances, how to position your fingers and toes during strikes and blocks, breathing) are extremely important. Basics allow one to build a solid foundation, understanding and appreciation of an art. As soon as Ray started explaining the different kinds of of breathing techniques, I knew I had found the right place to study yoga.
  
  The classes are a nice size, small enough that Ray can provide personalized feedback for each student. Each class has the same structure which I appreciate, but there is still enough variety as we rotate through the techniques to keep my interest.
  
  If you have never been to the studio, bear in mind it is a "no frills" location compared to other studios. This is fine because to me it really speaks to how yoga is the focus at this school. I recommend this place to anyone interested in yoga!
