AE Crookes Park

Peaceful park in South Mississauga. Baseball and softball games through the week. But the lakefront trail is a tranquil walk or bike ride.

The entire area leading up to the lakeshore is delight. The Yacht Club, Sailing Club, The Parks , Light House , Artificial beach , Playgrounds for Kids and eventually the beautiful sight of the lake.

Everything makes this place special and fun to be there.

There is ample parking space, though some are restricted to the some clubs.

Restrooms are slightly further away from the lakeshore, so bit of walk to get there. The picnic area is at a picturesque location. Lake in front and Yachts in the background

They can make this even better by having easier access to the lighthouse area and by having more barbecue grills

Nice playground and a small splash pad. Lots of natural shade provided by big beautiful trees. Only three stars because the city is too cheap to maintain and open the public restrooms.

Great spot for a walk along the water. It’s not popular for massive family bbqs as many parks on the water are so you can find some quiet here on the weekends. The water is really still as it’s a bay which is nice but the sound carries - people on the other side can hear you!

Nice park, can have allot of mosquitoes/bugs if that's not ur thing stay clear of the trail leading to the water. Nice place to put ur kayak in the water. Has a place to BBQ and nice seating arrangement. Be careful some parts of water there are not clean. Inner side of the water is good main lake body is not too clean.
