“First of all, it's no longer the Royal Conservatory of Music. The city sold it to a private school called The Blyth Academy. It's a very tranquil place to go with the kids to enjoy a sunny day. There is a place to view defferent types of Water Foul on premise, including a reintroduced species, the Red Knecked Greb. For any major photo shoots like weddings, permits are required from the city. They're pretty strict about that. Also, it's a historical site, so even we residents only want people coming that will respect and preserve the area as we do. Repect Mother Earth please ”

“Lakeside Montessori is just wonderful. This is the second year my daughter has attended and I'm actually getting a little sad making plans for the summer because it will be her last summer there before going to school. I don't know all of the teachers but the ones I do know are really lovely people. Carolyn and Sharon run a very well organized school. Good communication all around. The school and the yard are very well maintained. Compared to other daycares I have used with my other kids there has been noticeably less turnover in staff and that really says something about the quality of staffing and treatment of teachers. I highly recommend.”

“I attended this school for 4 years, and I graduated just before the ownership change and I will tell you that they were the best 4 years I've spent so far. The teachers were very helpful and friendly, as were the prinicipal and vice principal. I can't speak for the school as of now because I don't know how the new school administration is running it but if it is anything like it was while I was there then I would strongly recommend sending your kids here.”
