(January 26, 2019, 2:19 pm)Hello... I must say the store looks great!! So much better easier to shop in. When I was there a month ago what a mess!!! I felt I need to go around and pick things up off the floor naw way better !!! You can see the items much better, I didnt feel like i was in Value Village. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you!!

(October 20, 2018, 10:16 pm)This old Navy is an absolute mess. I came here to buy my niece a pair of boots and while I was shopping I asked a sales associate if they would be 30% off and she said no. Meanwhile there were 12 pairs under the sign... Even after she said no she did not move them and I watched 3 customers come and complain about that same issue. So I asked the associate to call their manager. When the manager (Wendy) arrived, she said the sale was on shoes only but yet all the other boots on the wall we're 30% off too. It didn't make sense and she did not want yo admit that her staff misplaced those 12 pairs of boots. Instead she raised her voice and made me feel like I couldn't read as she pointed at the wall. I have all this on video. I'm just really disappointed at the service I experienced here. She did end up giving me the boots for 30% off after she humiliated me.
