Good selection to choose from, but considering it's an outlet store, the prices are still a bit high. The Laura outlet at Dixie outlet mall is a lot better.

A BIG Thank You to Judy!!!! She's a sales associate at this location, who took approximately 3 hours to find my receipt in there system so that I could get a full refund! I was truly touched by your customer service, time and patience. This was definitely a "WOW" customer experience in my eyes. Most stores would turn you away.

I went to Laura to find an evening gown......I found two that I liked. As usual my shopping experience was very good. The sales ladies were very helpful and personable. I know if I need some particular clothing, I go to Laura. I will return soon to pick up some accessories.

Such a great location. Great stock and selection. I visited with only a short time to spend before closing. Raima found me, asked what I was looking for. In mere minutes I had a few items to try. I ended up purchasing a few with interest to return for a thorough search. The items I purchased are wardrobe builders as I demonstrated that evening still wearing one from last year's winter collection. When you find what you love with great customer service then why go anywhere else? This Laura location has top staff and top management as Ruth has proved!
