“Very nice atmosphere everyone's always positive smiling and friendly. The only thing I didnt like was, my sister and i were on time for our appointment but they started 15 minutes late. And then he went for a smoke before he even began. Once he did start, when he was finished dying her hair he cut someone elses hair before he even started mine which killed another 20 mins of my time. I wasnt too happy with the colour I needed up with bcuz i went in with highlights but I came out red and he shud gave toned it down before I left. I went to the beauty supply shop and the hair dresser in there gave me advice on what to do so I ended up spending 50$ more on top to fix my hair then going home and doing it myself. He needs to get up to date on balayage and highlights cuz he still does it like the olden days (zebra) look. The colour doesnt blend in at all.”
