  Food was very mediocre, would not go back FYI the lamb belly noodles has lots of liver and intestine in it which was unexpected

  First time with the potato noodle. Pretty tasty. Definitely a unique noodle that needs to be tried

  Northern Chinese style noodles and street eats is the game here - similar to ramen, but with unique variations such as: super chewy potato noodle, shredded tofu skin "noodles", Sichuan (read: spicy) and Chinese style BBQ toppings, milky fish bone broth and more. Appretiziers are their own attraction with Northern Chinese pastries (meat/veggie filled pancakes), cold mixed noodles, and steeped BBQ (meat poached and cured in a flavourful marinate - I can't think of a western equivalent of this type of dishes).
  
  It's not a fancy restaurant, but perfect for quick lunches. Price is right and portions will delight you (if you're hungry that is!).

  We decided to come try this new noodle place out as it is a fairly new establishment. It is situated in a small mainly Asian plaza with TnT supermarket as anchor at the corner of Central Parkway and Mavis.
  
  The restaurant is small and sits approximately 40 people. There is not much room for waiting when there is a lineup to be seated.
  
  Of course we had to order the potato noodles as the restaurant name suggests, it is their specialty noodles.
  
  The noodles that we ordered were the potato noodle which at first looked like udon noodles, after taking my first bite I was way off thinking they were udon. The texture of the noodles are consistent with the texture of tapioca balls found in bubble tea. The soup base is very flavourful and extremely hot when it is brought out to the table so please be careful not to touch the bowl. The soup and noodles stayed hot until my last bite mainly because of the bowl they use. I got the lamb belly potato noodle soup and it was delicious if you like that lamb flavour because the soup was infused with lamb. My wife ordered the braised pork potato noodle soup and again the flavour was great, tender fatty pork belly chunks would melt in your mouth and flavourful. My father in-law order the three delicacies potato noodle soup again very hot and flavourful. If you look carefully at my picture of the three delicacies dish you can actually see the soup boiling in the bowl.
  
  We also ordered the the Chinese hamburger. This is a pan fried Bao of some sort with what tasted like pork shreds inside. Very juicy on the inside and the outside has just enough crunch.
  
  The only thing I have complaints about is the way they bring the food out. At first I thought they forgot an order of ours but as it turned out they were serving food all over the restaurant which I was not used to. To me it seemed as if the kitchen was making a batch of the same order and serving it to the tables that ordered the same stuff. My wife and I was a little upset that my father in-law didn't get his food yet so we didn't start eating until it arrived.
  
  Overall another good noodle restaurant in Mississauga.
