Fuji Noodle House

One of the best noodles spots in Sauga. The soup base was flavorful and not greasy. The noodle was handmade and very tangy. Great portion with reasonable price. The restaurant was reasonably clean. Service was good.

Affordable and delicious. We had the vegetarian cold noodle dishes and the hamburger, both types of noodles were great, had a nice firm bite.. hamburger was tasty and gave different textures to our meal and some meat :) My wife will go back just for the homemade tea .... great spot, will be a frequent visitor here.

We got the bao bun, Fuji signature and the beef brisket. The noodles were delicious and same with the broth. The portions are huge for the price so you are getting a good deal. The service is amazing. The lady who took our order and packed up our food up was so sweet and really made our visit enjoyable.

From the outside you can tell that this is going to be authentic and amazing food. Driving by you can see the parking lot is full, like the inside there is limited space. The homemade noodles, broth, condiments, and tea is worth the wait. Dining goes by quickly anyways.

First time being here, service was amazing. Food is great. We ordered beef brisket and signature rice noodle soup, fried chicken and Chinese burger. The man at the counter was very friendly and eager to tell the story and details of the noodles, treating everyone like a valued guest. will definitely get another visit so that I can taste more of their menu.
