  I had a great experience when I came here to get my phone plan switched over. The Bell representatives on the phone were giving me trouble and making the process extremely difficult, but then I came into this store and my matter was personally handled by the manager himself. The staff at the store were extremely persistent in trying to help me and they did not stop working until the issue was solved. Over the top customer service and an extremely friendly staff is what will keep me coming right back to this store.

  Went in looking for something to record audio and instead was shown how to free up space on my phone using an SD card I already had. Ed and Aaron were awesome! Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. My current phone is damaged and in need of repair that only my provider can offer at least the last time I checked but they gave me other options that might actually work and be less expensive. When my phone is up for renewal or if I ever need advise I know where I'm headed. These guys take customer service to another level and offer what works for you which is hard to come by these days.
