My central vac motor was replace within 3 hours and with new appliances. Warranty they offer was excellent. This is a great place to buy your vacuum. I was also refer to them.

I must say I'm very happy with this vacuum, it is easy to vacuum the stairs without lugging a full size vacuum. Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable he help me to chooose the best car vacuum i ever had before.

My vacuum was still in warranty and they acknowledged my receipt right away without too many hassle in paper work. Very nice staff. Thank you Vacuum Factory, I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
