Very nice instructors. This is what real yoga is. None of that gimmicky stuff. Really in depth practice with getting to know yourself. Glad I came here.
I got the chance to experience a 1-day retreat with Vaibs in Jackson’s Point at the Ramada and I must say that I am very glad that I went. This was my second retreat (which I attended with my 12-year old daughter) that I have ever been to and the experience of it all was beyond amazing. The day flowed perfectly, starting my with meditation then went into Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and so much more. They had a guest speaker by the name of Ashley K Lloyd who presented a lecture on healthy lifestyle and that was lots of fun. The food provided by the the hotel was exceptionally good. I’m not one to eat a healthy plate of food but I found myself saying “I could eat more of this on a daily basis.” I am super excited for the next retreat that will be coming up this Summer and I want to Thank Vaibs again for such a wonderful experience.

This place is a gem! I have been a student of yoga for over 10 years and I am grateful to finally embrace meditation as a result of attending this gem of a studio. Vaibs has a gift for sharing his knowledge and passion for meditation. His unique guidance during a class has inspired me to now learn this very important part of a yoga practice. Oh, and if you're looking for a traditional yoga practice, this is the place! Great classes practiced in a non-heated studio. Thank you!
Its taken me a while to find the right exercise use for my body. I have grown much stronger in a short time attending the Hatha Yoga and Power Toga classes. I feel my muscles are stretched and I have toned my body. The instructors are smooth and very knowledgeable in traditional yoga. The pace is perfect for me. I would highly recommend this Yoga Studio.
