UFC GYM Mississauga

They have world class coaches (Sam, Tyrone and Eric) to mention a few. They should pay them more. That's why its 4 stars and not 5. They pulling a Dana White on these people. The staff is also super helpful.

Comments on the gym as a member:

- Clean.
- Women's washroom nice.
- Squat machine is bad! I almost hurt my back. It is at an angle, and it moves around while you are trying to use it. Gym should have a Smith machine for beginners that is straight and doesn't tilt when you are trying to squat! the one they current have is really bad for your back, especially if you are a beginner.
- I bring my children. But they are behaved. Some children run around the gym, play on equipment and leave them around. Gym should tell parents to control their children to stay off the floor or tell them to behave. It is not a playground.
- Hours are bad on weekends. Closes early.

The best decision I made as a new year resolution was signing up at UFC gym,Mississauga. Have had an amazing experience attending various classes. I was fortunate to meet Jag who helped me sign up, work out a great package and rate and suggesting personal advice to reach my fitness goal. I highly recommend this over many gyms around the GTA. Easy to transition into, You’re in good hands with Jag.

Been to the gym over the years and I haven't had much luck in achieving my weight loss goals. I thought I would give it one more shot and take a look at UFC gym Mississauga and try something new, rather than the conventional weight lifting. I met up with Jag, who was best person I have dealt with over my tenure with gym's. He was extremely helpful, he gave me insight on training and what was doing right and wrong. He was even able to prescribe the right amount of training I would need to reach my fitness goals. UFC Gym Mississauga is the place to be and Jag is the right man to lead you in the direction of where you wanna take your fitness goals.

Being a Certified Trainer Myself and Fitness Fanatic, I would say I definitely hold my coaches and trainers to a much higher standard then most and my expectations are far greater then other gym goers. I also look for excellence in any gym/club/studio where I am choosing to invest my time and money to train almost daily. UFC Gym Mississauga has not disappointed. The facility is clean, and equipment is well maintained. The Front Desk Staff are courteous, organized and very much solution oriented should you have any concerns. Equipment can be purchased easily at the facility. The sales staff are genuine. The Personal Training rates are very reasonable. With respect to the classes offered, they are authentic and exceptional in quality. All the Coaches have their own personal style and Coach Tyrone Bradshaw is remarkably compassionate, caring, committed, inspirational , energetic, helpful, engaging and extremely motivating which makes attending his classes an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is new to fitness through to the more experienced looking to be challenged. I want to thank everyone so far for making the last couple of months as a member so enjoyable. :)
