“Ordered a thin crust pizza and after waiting for a 15 minutes, got a normal crust. Complained to the order taker and he made the thin crust for us after waiting for another 15 min. The guy at the front was good but the thin crust pizza was not great. The crust was still bulgy . Personally I like Papa John's thin crust better to this one.”

“Pizza was done perfectly. They have mastered their craft. Their pizza is my preference over the other known brands. I also ordered their new chicken wings. It turned out to be overcooked. In some pieces, I saw burnt batter. It's good that the lady in the store asked for feedback. Told them and showed my observations. The lady graciously took note of my comments so they can adjust the machine settings. When I go back, I'll order this chicken again and see if the cooking has improved. Overall, I'm a fan of Panago Pizza.”

“It's sad to have to give 3 stars to this location, but I'm torn about this review ... this is only the second time I've been to a firehouse franchise and the food was just as amazing as the first one we visited ! I'm not sure why the hours sign didn't say what time they closed so we were confused if they were even open at first ... we ordered our food and started eating and were quite enjoying our food when the staff decided to start cleaning the vents on the ceiling with a ladder and a broom stick while the restaurant had people in it ... they could not actually reach the ceiling vents so they were kind of poking at them with a broom covered in a cloth, which was crazy ... I heard someone mentioned something about an inspection happening or something, but still could not wrap my head around why they were doing that while us and others were in there eating ... even after they cleaned the first vent and chunks of dirt came floating down from the vent they did not stop and we just had their eating while watching fluffs of dirt float down and land everywhere ... they proceeded to clean off the top of the fridge and everywhere else it had fallen ... seeing as the other three vents on the ceiling were over the food prep areas we thought there was absolutely no chance they were going to try doing that while they were open ... but sadly we were extremely wrong ... we finished our food and promptly left ... even as we walked over to put away the hot sauces we were using as they were still cleaning and the person holding the ladder right beside the hot sauces just looked at us and did not say a word ... we got out of there as quickly as possible so as not to actually see them cleaning the two vents directly above where they prepared our food ...”

“For the first time me and my wife drop by to this place on Saturday morning to redeem a gift card which my best friend gifted me. my friend personally recommended this place. As we entered they welcome us very friendly and actually we didn’t know what to order, the cashier girl offered me the meal which was for two people with a lot of varieties and the taste was delicious. I highly recommend this place as they have good customer service we will drop by again for sure.”
