I'd called the day before, and it turned out I didn't have to do much at all before bringing it back. The Platinum plan is so worth it! $150 to save having to take an RV to a truckwash? Yes please! Seriously, just get it. The gentleman who did the return was friendly and personable, and was really interested in how my trip went. The inspection lasted as long as it had to, and then off I went, not even 30 minutes later.”

The whole was experience was fine. Picked up the car with no problem. Dropped off with no problem. I was scared in the first place because of the reviews... But it turned out ok. Be mindful they take 500$ for deposit.”

“Good company as per my experience. I remember late nights service despite most closed. Many people happy to get car to their home. I hope you guys bus shuttle service car and more locations. All customers must understand there are many complex issues to be dealt with before picking up car. Let them know USA in advance as we know many cars don't come back in certain areas. Please get cube trucks too for moving ! We need them.”
