“I ordered 4 items through the online website and every step of the way I was notified of every transaction, step and status of my order. I had it shipped to the store which was free and when I arrived I was helped right away and my items were packaged perfectly. 2 of the 4 items were a winner but one was a no go and the booties were a little to small (my fault I thought I could get away with a smaller size). I took the two items back with the shipping receipt and I was refunded both items and the booties were reordered at a location in orangeville and delivered to this location. I love Mark's clothing for women the quality is great. The customer service at this location is a 10/10 Great Job! I will definitely be back.”

“The store is great regarding merchandise variety and prices. Honestly, the discounts here are better than ANY OTHER Ardene I've ever been to. I was gonna get a pair of sandals from Ardene at the mall for $19, go figure I'd find a very similar, almost identical style at this Ardene for $7. That'll give you an idea of what I'm talking about. However, the customer service, unfortunately, is not as good as their prices and deals. There were about 5 or 6 staff members sharing personal stories in the middle of the store, as there were also a few of us, customers, waiting in line to be cashed out until finally, one of the ladies came to the register. Their product quality is not great, but it's pretty decent for the reasonable prices they offer.”

I've compared prices at the Shoe Company with the original stores at outlet malls or shopping centres and they are equal or cheaper for most of them. Plus, the great thing about this franchise is the sales, offers, discount vouchers. It makes you wonder why they can sell shoes at those prices, or are shoes actually really cheap but they've been marked up. But whatever, good quality shoes for cheap? I'm in.”
