Leon's Furniture

This was our first time visiting this branch since previously using the Woodstock one. We did not end up finding what we needed. But happy with the service we received. Steve helped us find a Fridge that met our needs, but unfortunately it was about 3/4" too wide for our space. We put a down payment on to reserve and were able to get a refund without a hassle. He never made us feel like we were a lot of trouble, and was very motivated to help us find what we need. Other Staff members helped as well. They seem to work well as a team. It is nice to go to stores where customer service is such a priority. They have a packed showroom with many pretty furniture. We will definitely be back.

Amazing organized furniture shop. really great and polite staff which helps you to finalize some great stuff. Mr. Cameron helped us decide and was a great help. Recommended furniture shop.

The sales people at Leon's are excellent. Michelle D was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend her. The delivery men were not as good. Very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them. The Manager was amazing when I complained about the delivery men, I was very impressed on how the manager handled the situation.

Cameron was very helpful and friendly. He was aware of what we were looking at but not pushy at all. Answered all our questions and knew his products.

The staff at Leon's Stratford are super helpful and professional. Michelle M is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. She helped us with a warranty question related to products we had previously bought at a Kitchener location and gave us lots of room to shop. She was not at all pressuring or pushy which we appreciated. She made it a pleasant buying experience.
