Great experience. I didn’t actually buy anything this time, but they supported a mattress purchase I made 9 months ago. It’s moving day and it’s pouring rain outside... I asked the salesman for a bag to protect the mattress from the rain, and he was more than happy to help out.
Chris West - you’re the man! You saved my mattress from getting soaked, and I won’t forget it.

I visited the store yesterday to buy furniture for my new home and Andreas was a huge help in making sure I had the best shopping experience. The Representatives at the Brick have always been very helpful and friendly and I will continue my business there in the future.

I recently visited the smaller store in Stratford, ON after doing some research online. I knew what I was looking for but wanted to see it in person before purchasing. I wasn't there more than a few minutes when Rich, the store representative came over to answer any questions I had. He helped with warranty options and I ended up buying everything right there on the spot. He was very helpful and the experience was very good.

We purchased a sectional from Rich. He was VERY accommodating and knowledgeable. No sales pressure either! He made me feel like I was the most important person in the store and thanked me for my repeat business. I hadn't had a great experience with my first purchase but Rich turned that around for me. I will be watching for my next purchase!!
