Friendly and knowledgeable staff, you can really tell they know what they’re talking about. Plus they have the cutest little greeter dog! It is always a wonderful visit when I stop by.

This store is run by a such a wonderful team! Genuinely such a pleasure to get to visit and shop here. Loved getting to talk to Jillian, Allen and Adam! I'll always look forward to going here. The selection and knowledge they have here is incredible

They show you around the store and discuss your needs and offer affordable solutions.
Unlike two other shops in Stratford that I’ve been to, it’s not basically a line up to tell them what you want.
That doesn’t work for me — I need direction and discussion to try and target my pain and sleep issues.
I can’t say enough about their very real interest in helping you and not simply selling you something.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The products themselves are always good quality, smokes well and tastes great. And can't forget the wonderful little door greeters who make the best nose art in town.

Honestly the best shop of its kind in town. Staff are super welcoming and knowledgeable, love the positive atmosphere. Product selection is always great and so are the prices! Always enjoy coming back
