Steve helped us find a Fridge that met our needs, but unfortunately it was about 3/4" too wide for our space. We put a down payment on to reserve and were able to get a refund without a hassle. He never made us feel like we were a lot of trouble, and was very motivated to help us find what we need. Other Staff members helped as well. They seem to work well as a team. It is nice to go to stores where customer service is such a priority. They have a packed showroom with many pretty furniture. We will definitely be back.”
