“I have gone to this garage for years before it changed ownership. I felt comfortable with the change because of how positively he spoke about the new owners. Usually taking my car in is stressful confusing for me, but they take their time explaining everything in detail (although I may not fully understand) and are very honest about what they did and what needs to be done. It puts everything at ease. I even called on a Sunday full of worry because my battery died at the grocery store and they said to drop it off that night and they would work on it when they could throughout the day. I was amazed, but not surprised at how accommodating they were and how quickly they fixed my car for me. Even provided me with an addition invoice just to show me the other repairs I should get done in the near future so I could plan ahead financially. I have never been to any other place that does that. Usually its a lot of talking down to me because I don't know anything about cars and lying about what should get done. The kindness, patience and honesty with a stress ball like me is greatly appreciated and I will never go anywhere else. They also have a great system in place to keep in touch with customers throughout the day when their vehicle is in, which is great to stay updated. Thank you so much!”

“I have tested many many shops for auto repairs in Stratford and can definitively say that these guys are a bit expensive but won't scam you. Will not create work for safety certificates like other shops do. Will overcharge just a bit but they're upfront about it. I prefer that to mechanics sneaking up charges for BS when the final bill comes in. Josh manages a great team here and I hope they never become like other shops. Will hate to edit my review that day.”

They’re always polite and make suggestions for helping my car run better (I got my car used, so it came as it was with flaws and all), but they never push to make sales. They’re always fantastic and efficient in the work they do, and ensure they explain every product and give me the decision before putting anything in/on my car.
