“The staff are very friendly, and knowledgable. We took in a rescue puppy at about 4 weeks old. They helped us find food, toys and treats that were developmentally appropriate. The staff member that helped us even took a look at his teeth and could tell his age. I was shocked she had that kind of knowledge, and after a follow up with our vet a couple weeks later they confirmed she was spot on his age. This is our go-to pet supply store!”

“Used the dog wash for the first time today for both of our dogs and can't believe how comfortable they both were! They are very nervous at home in the tub but in the wash area at the store their demeanors completely changed! So large and open. I can't believe the difference. For $10 it is an unbeatable value! Used to take them to a groomer in town for $40 per dog...Pet Value provided everything. Smocks, shampoo (4-5 different types), towels, nail trimmers, brush, warm water, tie outs...don't think we are ever going to bathe them at home again. All that plus the wonderful staff...seriously. you want to use this service!”
