(August 16, 2018, 2:00 pm)"Outstanding," is the best way to describe Fallis and Shields. Bill saw us, as a walk-in, with no appointment when he didn't have to; during such a difficult time, losing our Dad. (although, it's suggested to call first)
Bill was incredibly compassionate, professional and followed through every single step of the way.
