“Lots of lovely antique & vintage items, displayed artfully in vignettes that told a story & made it very easy to find 'like' collectables. Prices were fair enough to make choosing just a few treasures VERY hard. It was refreshing to see so many Canadian items, VS things from the States; I like to buy OUR history, and seeing local business names/publishers/artists/places of interest on items for sale was such a treat. Will definitely go back whenever we pass through cottage country in future; but sorely wish this gem was closer to us! The shop owner Brenda was helpful but unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice...the kind of person you just know you'd be friends with! Her passion for appreciating, and curating items from the past spills into every detail of this shop, right down to the lovely tags that tell the detailed history of each item. Almost didn't want to leave a review, as I'd love to keep this wonderful spot all to myself (lol) but just HAD to, after Brenda made our visit such memorable one!”
