Inner Quiet Yoga

I have attended two of Anne's classes a week for many years. It is the perfect start and end to each week. Anne's conscientious, sensitive manner of teaching to the whole student has me being more conscious and aware in my daily practice. I plan on keeping my practice fresh and purposeful at Inner Quiet Yoga as I enter my 70th year and beyond??

I have been practicing yoga at Inner Quiet for the past several years. Anne Ryan and all her teachers are helpful, skilled and experienced. The studio space located downtown is accessible, peaceful and calm. And very comfortable in its historical design.
The programs offer a range of practice styles that have encouraged me to develop a strong home practice to maintain great health.
