Love this store some of the staff are pretty rude tho. Makes me uncomfortable at times when I'm in there.

Shelly has great customer service! All staff are very nice. The really nice tiny lady in the clothing area is terrific too!

Love this store! How do they do it? I mean there are AMAZING deals at every turn!
Be patient when you go in because there is slim to no organization at Urban Planet but if you have the patients to sift around it is well worth your time ?
