Recently obtained a used hot tub. Went to Protech (recommended by a friend) to purchase the required supplies. The staff was very helpful, taking the time to explain all of the procedures required to clean, and then refill and install the correct chemicals. They even went as far as to write everything out for me.

When I returned home, I found that I did not have the instruction sheet with me. Later in the day I received an email (they had discovered the forgotten instruction sheet) from Nancy. She had taken the extra step to find my email address and send me those instructions.

Now that's customer service!!

Great local business- staff are always friendly and knowledgeable when I’ve gone in over the years for parts and chemicals. Recently purchased a new hot tub and have been very happy with the whole experience, especially the delivery service. I feel they went the extra mile with customer service and took care of all aspects- removal, set-up, chemicals and filling to make sure all is good. 100% recommend.
