“I have fibro and normally get adjustments/acupuncture once a week, but I hadn't been for about 2 months when I called Yi Han and was able to get an appointment for 2 hours later. When I got there, she immediately found my biggest problem areas without me needing to tell her where they are and worked through a muscle in my neck that has been bothering me for over 6 months now. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was ok, she let me know what she was doing, and she really cared about making sure I wasn't in pain anymore when I left her. “Let's start with atmosphere - it was so beautiful, calming, and cozy. The energy in the space was relaxed and inviting. Treatment - THE BED WAS HEATED. - You have the option to not have the heat on - but I wanted it on - it was lovely. - I had a back treatment done and it was so incredibly relaxing I almost passed out on the table. I 100% could have if I didn't fight it. The whole treatment was amazing. From cleansing- to masks and extractions - to another mask and cooling rocks. I feel like a million bucks! I've never felt so good after an treatment I've ever had - including a relaxation massage. This is a must. - ill be buying all my friends a gift card to lo & behold. Hands down. - INCREDIBLE.”

“There’s good and bad! We’ve owned a tub for 12 years and when it was time to replace it we visited the hot tub people at a show in Peterborough. The sales guys was awesome and we got a great deal on our new tub! The tub itself does have some issues... the white trim is extremely hard to keep clean and The speaker system works for about 5 months then randomly quits. This was covered by warranty and the service tech was here and gone in less then an hour. This is what sucks; the service people at the store are terrible for communication. We had a bill for service To replace the speakers sent to my wife’s email (not sure how they even got it) then I had emailed them to resend the invoice to me. No response. Then a month later had an additional invoice sent to my wife again. So I repeated the process from the correct email again. Still no response. Not sure what’s going on over there. And to top it off the speakers on the tub have stopped working again. Guess I’ll just fix it myself this time.”

They helped be get a base tan..which I've never had before! THANK YOU!!! I've also used their sugaring services and will continue to do so going forward. Clean, relaxing, and very customer friendly!
