Gord is very nice and knows his stuff. He is kind and will take time to make sure you understand and can work your system. I find this company to be outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend!

The entire team at Pioneer Water Conditioning are true professionals from consultation thru to installation. The equipment has been fantastic and all of our water issues were immediately resolved. The system has been installed for over one year and I have been very impressed! I highly recommend the team at Pioneer Water Conditioning and the Kinetico brand. A superior system of products designed to work properly. Vastly superior to what was installed by another company/brand. Very much appreciated, and I do recommend to friends and family.

This is an update on my previous rating, which was 2 stars. The water conditions at the lake change seasonally and over time in general so the water tests they did initially were accurate. Customer service goes a long way and theirs is top notch. They have made every effort to come on location when we've had any concerns or questions. Still a pain to have to upgrade the system to solve some of the problems popping up but they're good people and are working with us.
