“I truly cannot see any reason to EVER shop at a big box store again! I ordered a propane-fueled Weber Grill over the phone today. It was assembled and then delivered to my home just 3 hours after I ordered it, some 10km away from the store. One of the sales team members, Aaron, was extremely courteous in setting up the order. The store manager, Garnet, arrived with a team member and they happily off-loaded, then carried the grill to the exact spot i wanted it on my terrace. They then took two of my empty tanks with them, telling me i could pick them up when I'm in town. Thanks also to Sue, another manager, for helping me the week before with my questions about the Weber grill. Bravo HH Lakefield, Bravo!”

Stuff in the showroom doesn’t appeal to me anymore (Chinese bikes). I hope they grow into a name brand dealer one day. Overall really happy with the work and service I’ll continue to support them.”
