“I truly cannot see any reason to EVER shop at a big box store again! I ordered a propane-fueled Weber Grill over the phone today. It was assembled and then delivered to my home just 3 hours after I ordered it, some 10km away from the store. One of the sales team members, Aaron, was extremely courteous in setting up the order. The store manager, Garnet, arrived with a team member and they happily off-loaded, then carried the grill to the exact spot i wanted it on my terrace. They then took two of my empty tanks with them, telling me i could pick them up when I'm in town. Thanks also to Sue, another manager, for helping me the week before with my questions about the Weber grill. Bravo HH Lakefield, Bravo!”

“We don't often shop GT. When we entered we weren't sure if the carts had been sanitized ... a fellow shopper showed us where there were hand wipes to use on the carts. D found what she wanted from an ad and we were on our way. The price is what brought us in to the store. This was the GT on Water St. I think the one on Lansdowne may be larger or just felt more spacious.”
