Parview homes and Park West Condos are great and in a great neighborhood. 3 Stars to Parkview and 3 stars for their salesman Rick Phillips who was there before, during and after the sale. Usually once you buy, you never hear from them again but Rick has helped every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond helping me get in touch with the right people to get things done/fixed that were not done properly or broken when I moved into my new condo. The reason he went down in stars is because he deceived people with lies about the place. They set the condo fees too low to cover the expenses. They building quality is poor and Parkview doesn't stand behind their product nor do their subcontractors. They are all in it for a buck.
