“13th year at Pioneer and though there have been many changes over the past few years, the changes have been improvements despite some changes being conveniences that were removed/discontinued. The grounds are well kept, laundry and public washrooms have always been in pristine condition. There is both a sense of community among residents, as well as privacy. The heated adult pool makes for pleasurable swimming. Beach is great. Noise level is low.”
