Kawartha Country Wines

Great selection of fruit wines. My favorites were Rhubarb, Black Currant, Raspberry and Peach. All of mine are sweet but they do have dry fruit wines as well. Plus they will ship wine to you which is great.

Only fruit wines here but the ones we tasted were lovely. Their wines have a range of sweetness from dry to sweet and are made from different fruits and berries. It's worth a visit.

This place is one of my favourite places to stop when in the area. The wines are delicious and the staff are super friendly. I really enjoyed the wine tasting and it gave me a chance to test everything out to find my favourites although all the wine I tasted was delicious.

Stopped in on way home from the cottage. First visit but definitely not my last!!!
Mango and strawberry rhubarb jams are both amazing!
Have not tried the wine yet. Tried sample in the store it was wonderful.
So glad we stopped to buy a souvenir wine to celebrate our wonderful trip. Such great specialty store could have shopped longer.

Amazing wines and even better staff. I've had a few of their wines previously but had no idea how many different options they have. The facility is very quaint and the new one, to be opened sometime in the not too distant future, will be fantastic with the large entertaining space.

Oh, and they are (very) dog friendly, as you can see from the photos :)

I highly recommend stopping in, even if it's a bit of a detour.
